Founder's Journey

FROM FRUSTRATION TO FOUNDATION

Bay Baak started as a personal project born out of frustration with the lack of clothing that truly represented the bold, unapologetic spirit of modern Indian women. As someone who grew up navigating the complex intersection of traditional expectations and modern aspirations, I wanted to create a brand that spoke to women like me.

The journey began with simple sketches of designs that challenged taboos and celebrated womanhood in all its forms. What started as a passion project in a small apartment has now grown into a brand with a community of like-minded individuals who believe in the power of self-expression through fashion.

Each design tells a story of resistance, empowerment, and cultural pride. We draw inspiration from the everyday courage of women who stand tall in their truth, who embrace their heritage while forging their own path, and who refuse to be silenced.
